Description
This beautiful split-level house is located mid-way between Montreal and Quebec. The original plan was reversed and modified to add a breakfast nook on the ground floor and a cellar underneath in the basement. Also, the size of the garage was decreased to incorporate a home office with an exit in the back. The layout of the bath and the shower was reversed in the bathroom. The owners managed to create a comfortable living space that truly fits their needs.
