Reversed plan

When he built this decidedly contemporary house, designer Daniel Corbin and his team from D-cor, his design firm, used refined materials that were chosen because they are timeless. Wood and metal were used in the kitchen, which is truly representative of the successful combination of classical and contemporary styles favoured by the designer for this home that features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. ʺThe cupboards are in stainless steel and black walnut, the counter is made of granite, and the floor is made of hickory, ʺ explains Daniel Corbin. ʺ I would rather give a house a certain style right from the start thanks to the architecture than at the end with three frames and a few cushions. ʺ
