Our sets of plans include four main elements: the exterior elevations, the foundations plan, the floor plans and cross-sectional drawings.

Exterior elevations

This drawing will show you the finished exterior faces of the house you want to build.

Foundations plan

This detailed drawing shows the isometric views along with the dimensions and also indicates the relevant information to help you build the foundations of your house.

Floor plans

A scale drawing of each floor of your house is provided to help you visualize the layout and the size of the rooms and all the other elements required for the construction; it also indicates the location of the windows and the staircases.

Cross-sectional drawing

Presents a section view of the construction of the house showing the structure, the insulation as well as the composition of the walls. Some other important details are also indicated in this drawing.
