Job description :

Your draftsmanship expertise allows you to create preliminary plans as well as draw-up detailed construction plans, meet customers and assist them in their choices. You will also be required to occasionally produce lists of materials for estimation purposes. You have a diploma of university or college studies in architectural design, you possess advanced knowledge in residential and commercial construction, you master Autocad 2002 or more recent, you are thorough creative, self motivated and bilingual with a minimum of 5 years experience.
This is a permanent and full time position. Remuneration according to the salary policy in place.

:• Under the supervision of unit production director, the job holder will be responsible for:
- Meeting the costumers
- Working-out preliminary plans
- Answering calls concerning technical information
- Following through with appointments and sales
- Working-out the execution plans according to the costumers needs.
- Taking part in commercial fairs and others activities.
- Taking part in marketing strategies related to costumers.

• Passionate about selling architectural services, the candidate will have to show an expertise in costumer service, folder management and architecture.

- Have 5 years of experience in architecture (intermediate technologies)
- Have 2 years of experience in sales
