If, for one reason or another, you cannot find the house you dream of within our great collection, Planimage can also custom draw house plans that will perfectly suit your needs and preferences. To order such a plan, follow these four steps:

1. Send us a sketch of the floor plan for your future house on a graph paper sheet. Use the following scale1 square = 1 foot, and trace the interior layout.
2. Identify each room and write down the approximate inside dimensions.
3. Indicate the type of exterior finishes, as well as any other special feature like bay window, fireplace, garage, whirlpool bath, cold storage, etc.
4. With your sketches, drawings or picture cut outs, Planimage can provide a preliminary plan for approval.
5. Upon approval, Planimage will complete the technical drawings so you can proceed with construction.
