The owner of this lovely house wanted a second garage to store her boat during the winter and she also wanted to put in a child's bedroom above the new space. In addition to the garage, she wanted to redo the outside of her home because she no longer liked the color mix and wanted to add a bit of pizzazz.

After

The new garage is perfectly integrated to the existing house. It is slightly more prominent than the first garage, but it has the same width and the same type of door. Thanks to the roof gable, a window overlooking the front of the house was added. The exterior cladding was repainted in more neural shades and the roof gables are now the same color as the front door and the garage door. Pretty shutters were added to the ground floor windows and a railing was installed in front of the small veranda.
