| Planimage.com will ship the products and plans ordered at the address given when the order was placed. Delivery charges will be determined by the shipping method and the selected option. Planimage will ship your order assuming that someone will be available at the indicated address to sign when receiving the order. If you do not wish to sign, please uncheck the checkbox regarding this signature. Planimage will then be totally discharged in case of lost or theft of your order. If applicable, you will be requested to assume all charges inherent to custom clearing and exporting of the products and plans outside of Canada.
