• Construction standards

House plans submitted by Planimage abide to specific construction requirements. Since construction standards and building codes vary a lot from one province, town or country to another, Planimage does not warrant the full compliance with the standards of all the countries where plans are bought and houses built based on these plans. Furthermore, because of different factors, mainly the climate, force of wind, abundance of rain or snow falls, or the type of soil, that is argillaceous, sandy, seismically active areas, amongst others, Planimage cannot guaranty full compliance. To make sure that the plans in question meet the standards of construction for your province, town or country, you will have to verify with local builders, contractors or other authorities concerned. Also, it is the responsibility of the builder or contractor of your region to obtain a report from an engineer prior to the beginning of the construction.

• Price

The purchase price for each product and/or plan that you order is the price appearing on this Web site and do not include shipping and applicable taxes. All prices and specifications are subject to errors and changes and Planimage.com will not sell products and/or plans at prices which are in error. Planimage.com reserves the right to correct the prices and specifications on his Web site at anytime.

• Returns

The products and/or plans sold on the Web site cannot be returned for refund or credit and this for any consideration.

• Availability of products and/or plans

The Web site of Planimage.com displays all the products and/or plans available. Planimage.com constantly revises its plans so as to assure their compliance with the amendments issued by the National Building Code from time to time. For this reason, plans could occasionally and temporarily be held before shipment. Should the shipping delay be prejudicial, Planimage.com would then inform you. In the event of a product back order, Planimage.com will fill the order as soon as the product becomes available. Planimage.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages because of a back order status or a plan revision.

• Shipping

Planimage.com will ship the products and/or plans ordered at the address given when placing the order. Planimage.com will proceed with the shipment once the order has been accepted and approved and in accordance with the shipping method you have selected. Shipping delays and charges could vary based on the shipping destination, the shipping method selected and the products and/or plans availability. The shipping delays are estimated from the time the products and/or plans leave the place of business of Planimage.com. You become owner of the products and/or plans ordered once the products and/or plans have been picked up by the transport company. From this moment on, you assume all the risks and Planimage.com will not be held liable for their loss or destruction. You equally assume all the charges inherent to customs and/or export of the products and/or plans outside of Canada. The shipment of the products and/or plans is subject to the policies of the transport companies used by Planimage.com. No delivery of products and/or plans will be made to a postal box.
Planimage will ship your order assuming that someone will be available at the indicated address to sign when receiving the order. If you do not wish to sign, please uncheck the checkbox regarding this signature. Planimage will then be totally discharged in case of lost or theft of your order.

The Ontario Provincial Government's Bill 124 which became effective on January 1st 2006 stipulates that a Building Code Identification Number (BCIN) is required on all drawings being submitted for a building permit. Planimage is duly accredited but may need 3 additional days to deliver the plans in Ontario.

• Force majeure

Planimage.com shall not be liable for any delay, failure to fulfill totally or partially one of its obligations nor for the damages or losses resulting from an Act of God or from such circumstances beyond the control of Planimage.com.
