The Builder Package includes (for the purchase of a plan as is):
Architecture
- 5 copies of the chosen plan (one laminated)
- 1 11 x 17 copy of the plan
- 1 list of materials
- Plans in PDF format if required
- Right to rebuild for 2 years
Promotional Tools
- 1 11 x 17 color copy of the house’s illustration, laminated and personalized (with your logo)
- 5 8 x 11 color copies of the house’s illustration with your logo
- Two year subscription to Planimage magazine
- Your contact information in the “Builders” section of our magazine and on our web site
- Right to advertise for a period of two (2) years
- Plan for quote: includes 1 complete set of 11 x 17 house plans with the mention “For quotation purposes”. Cost: $200*
- Presentation board with finishes and colors of exterior siding
Promotional License
This license (for the builder who wants to do his own promotion without purchasing a plan) includes:
- Right to advertise for a period of two (2) years
- 1 11 x 17 color copy of the house’s illustration, laminated and personalized (with your logo)
6-10 illustrations: $100/illustration**
Additional copies of the house’s illustration: $15/copy
*Refundable with the purchase of a construction plan within 30 days of the purchase date.
**$75 refund with the purchase of the plan (kit)
